We are also a confessional Reformed church recognizing the Westminster Standards as our confessional standard.
King’s Covenant is a mission church within the Communion of Reformed Evangelical Churches (CREC).
How We Worship
Worship is the most important thing that we do in our entire lives. To worship is come into the presence of the Holy, Triune God, to be cleansed and to feast with him through the Lord’s Supper. Our worship follows 5 distinct steps:
God calls us into his presence to worship him. As we come into the Lord’s presence we confess our sins, realizing that we are a sinful people coming before the Holy God.
God cleanses us of our sins and restores us into a proper relationship with Him.
God consecrates us through the preaching of the word, and we respond with our tithes and offerings.
God communes with us through the Eucharist. We come to the table of God and joyfully feast in his presence.
God commissions us to go into the world to see the entire world renewed through the powerful message of the Gospel. We are sent out into the world as ambassadors of Christ, to preach the gospel and see our families, cities, and nations come to know and worship Christ.
