The Seeking Savior

For our sermon on September 14th, we turned to Luke 15:1–10, where Jesus tells the parables of the lost sheep and the lost coin. These stories reveal the heart of Christ: the Good Shepherd who seeks out the lost with joy, and the God who rejoices in heaven when even one sinner repents. In this message, Pastoral Intern Sammie Hargrave proclaims the good news that Christ delights to rescue His people, and that His mission now continues through His church as we join Him in seeking the lost.
